Welcome to our family home in the beautiful gated community of Palmilla Estates. Our home is steps from the Palmilla golf course and a short drive down to the beach. If you prefer to hang by the pool, it is a great escape from the busy day to day stresses of life.
Our housekeeper is there daily from 9 am to 1 pm. Her main task is to clean the kitchen as well as to make up the rooms in the morning. She does not speak English, but will be there every day except for Sundays unless requested. A gratuity of $5 USD per day per person is suggested but not mandatory and can be left with her on departure day.
Our neighborhood is a quiet community and there are strict fines for noise violations. The first fine is $1500 and sadly there is no warning. The neighbors are our close family friends and appreciate being considerate on the noise levels.
Pools in Cabo are heated by gas which is delivered by truck and can be very expensive. Pool can be heated to 86-88 degrees F for an additional $25 USD per day.
